An immersive Wine & Canapé Pairing Experience with Creation Wines – Klein River Cheese Demo Kitchen | R185

Creation Wines will host an immersive Wine & Canapé Pairing Experience with Sensorial Elements in the Klein River Cheese Demo Kitchen as part of Stanford in Bloom 2026.

Guests will be guided through a curated sequence of four canapés, each paired with a signature Creation wine, with tactile and aromatic sensorial elements — silk, stone, shell, red velvet, a nose accordion, and Black Velvet — designed to heighten the senses and deepen the connection between food, wine, and environment.

The journey begins with a Sattvic Winter Root Velouté with the Sauvignon Blanc, followed by a Potato Rösti with the Sauvignon Blanc Sémillon, a Devilled Egg with the Ridge Chardonnay, a plant-based Black Bean Tempeh with the Ridge Pinot Noir, and concludes with a Port Praline and Chocolate Brownie paired with the Fine Cape Vintage.

The experience is educational, sensory, and celebratory — rooted in Creation’s philosophy of pairing exceptional wine with thoughtfully crafted food.
