Self-taught cook Isabella Niehaus discovered her passion for cooking in her later 50s.
Her very first cookbook, Duinhuis, received recognition from the Gourmand World
Cookbook Awards in 2021. Four other cookbooks followed.
Based in Riebeek-Kasteel, Bella shares her home with her dogs and cats. Most days
she can be found tending her extensive garden.
