Christine will take you on a tea journey from its origins in the Far East to your own back garden, where she will show you how to process flowers, herbs and fynbos to make your very own teas and Iced tea.
Madre will be pairing teas with some of her favourite recipes for you to enjoy, and sharing some of her tips for preparing the perfect afternoon tea table. There will be treats to try and recipes to take home.
