Join Francis Marriott of Franky’s Dim Yumm for a demonstration on the preparation of her chicken and pork dim sum dumplings – showing how to fill and fold the dumpling wrappers and then steamcooking them in bamboo steamers .
The demonstration will also include the making of her bao buns – which is a steamed bun, filled with braised chicken eaten all over Asia.
