Chef Adrian will be demonstrating his love for Middle Eastern food by showing the audience how ot prepare dishes that are not common with the normal dishes that are known in this type of cuisine.
Beef Kibbeh – a dish for those who love diving deep into the craft of cooking. This is a traditional favourite with bold spices, tender meat, and sweet-savoury depth.
Adrian will be demonstrating how to make this Lebanese/Syrian street food from scratch as well as serve it with the traditional accompaniments.
